SIA ESB LTD is a design company registered in 2011y. in Sofia. The main activity of the company is in the field of investment design, project management, consulting services in the sphere of construction, investor control, evaluation of investment projects. We propose the preparation of complete project documentation for buildings and facilities, according to the requirements of Ordinance 4 on the Scope and Content of Investment Projects.

We specialize in the design of building constructions by offering flexible solutions for construction of buildings and structures with reinforced concrete, steel, wooden or composite bearing structure. Our team is made up of experienced construction engineers with many years of experience and diverse projects that we have worked for over the last 12 years. We aim to achieve an optimal ratio between the materials used in the construction and innovative design solutions in order to achieve maximum satisfaction of our clients. We work together with leading architectural studios based in Sofia, Varna and Dobrich.
